Production Process

Placing an order with us is super easy, and we wanted to fill you in on what to expect after your order is placed ! 

The three-step process below details what happens after you place an order on our website. You are able to send your logo design, details and any special instructions right to us by email after checkout ! Check out any of our product pages to see the easy ordering and uploading process!

• Design Stage 

After you place your order we will design a digital proof per your instructions and email it for approval. You are able to let us know of any changes before we send it to print. This takes 1 business days .

 

• Production Stage

After your proof is approved, we will send your order to print. We print to order and this process takes about 7-10 business days. We'll explain this process in detail below.

 

•  Shipping Stage

Once your order finished, we will ship it out and email tracking information. International express shipping takes about 4 - 7 days. Sea shipping time takes about 25-30 days .

 

 

Our satin products are made to order, and are hand crafted for a completely luxurious experience!

Once your order is approved and sent to print, our factory pulls your satin fabric choice and cuts it to size for your product order.

Once it is cut, your logo design and other information is printed on your product, then the product is stitched together.

The last step is to add any accessories like elastic, draw strings or tassels before  your order is ready to be shipped. 

Products that do not require customization or printing, like our wig stand, have a 3-4 business day processing time before they are shipped.
